They showed up, removed my equipment to haul off, then announced my universal mount... Installed new wall mounted TV and added extender to router for improved signal to TV. Install and router set up went very well. My Internet provider's router was insufficient and the router extender was added, but it could not resolve the connectivity problem and Geek Squad advised I should contact the ISP to have the router replaced.
